Why do I write about the world of vintage mountain bikes?
I started out as a bike collector. Today, I have my last four vintage bikes tucked away in my workshop. Looking at them still gets my heart racing, and I tell myself I'll never sell them. But the collecting spirit never left me. Now, I focus on the stories of passionate collectors, their extraordinary bikes, and the people who shaped the evolution of mountain biking. I write about them for Velo magazine, and you can also find all of their stories right here on this website.
